Leading at the speed of expectation
Managing the pressure to move faster, prove value and provide certainty while technologies, regulations and organisational priorities continue to shift.
Private Data & AI Leaders Retreat · Menorca
Menorca · October 2027
A carefully curated retreat for senior Data and AI leaders navigating rapid change, rising expectations and the human responsibility of leading organisations into an increasingly intelligent future.
Why this retreat exists
Leaders are expected to create value, manage risk, reassure boards and prepare their people for change. They often do this while the technology and expectations continue to evolve around them.
The pressure is not only technical. Data and AI leaders carry responsibility for trust, ethics, skills, organisational transformation and decisions that can reshape how people work.
This retreat creates space to step away from the noise and discuss the personal and leadership realities behind that responsibility: decision fatigue, relentless expectations, uncertainty, team anxiety, sustainable performance and leading change without losing sight of the people affected by it.
It is not another AI conference. There are no product demonstrations, technical tracks or predictions competing for attention. The focus is the person leading through the change.
What we will explore
The programme combines confidential peer discussion, relevant expert perspectives and practical leadership ideas rather than technical presentations or product-led sessions.
Managing the pressure to move faster, prove value and provide certainty while technologies, regulations and organisational priorities continue to shift.
Carrying accountability for decisions that affect customers, employees and society while balancing innovation with responsible and explainable use.
Supporting teams facing changing roles, skills pressure, anxiety and resistance while creating belief in a credible path forward.
Protecting personal clarity, energy and judgement when the flow of decisions, information and expectations rarely slows down.
The retreat experience
The retreat balances structured conversation with unstructured time, destination experiences and opportunities to recover perspective. There are no exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical tracks or sponsor presentations.
Time to settle into Menorca, step away from the pace of work and begin forming genuine relationships with a carefully selected group of peers.
Facilitated conversations, expert perspectives and smaller-group discussions focused on pressure, responsibility, people, change and sustainable leadership.
Consolidate the experience, identify practical commitments and return with greater clarity about the role, the organisation and the people you lead.
The detailed programme, timings and contributors will be shared with confirmed participants ahead of the retreat.
The destination
Quieter and more understated than its neighbouring islands, Menorca provides the right environment for leaders to step away from constant change, competing priorities and digital intensity.
Time outdoors, movement, mindfulness, shared meals and carefully selected local experiences create the mental space needed for stronger conversation, clearer thinking and genuine recovery.
Who it is for
The retreat is designed for established leaders carrying meaningful responsibility for organisational data, analytics, AI strategy, transformation and the people delivering it.
The experience
A private setting chosen to support rest, conversation and genuine time away.
Confidential conversations focused on the human realities of leading Data and AI transformation.
Insight from leadership, psychology, ethics, organisational change and sustainable performance.
Mindfulness, movement and local experiences designed to restore energy and perspective.
Carefully planned meals that allow relationships and conversations to develop naturally.
Access to relevant Retreat Insights, interviews and future CXO Retreats activity.
Final travel arrangements, accommodation details and the complete list of inclusions will be provided during the confirmation process.
Retreat Partners
The retreat will be supported by a small, carefully selected group of Retreat Partners. Their involvement makes the experience possible but never turns it into a sales, product or technical event.
Each partner is represented by only one person, protecting the intimacy and balance of the retreat group.
The representative must be a member of the partner’s C-suite and participates as a fellow executive, not as a salesperson.
During the eight weeks before the retreat, every participant will have a 30-minute introductory conversation with each Retreat Partner.
There are no sponsor presentations, product demonstrations, technical sessions or forced commercial meetings in Menorca.
The introductory calls allow relevant professional relationships to begin before the retreat and remove the need for commercial activity during the programme.
In Menorca, everyone participates in the same leadership conversations, shared meals, wellbeing experiences and destination programme.
