One person per partner
Each partner is represented by one person only, maintaining a balanced and intimate retreat group.
CXO Retreats Partnerships
A limited partnership model built around genuine C-suite relationships, carefully matched introductions and shared leadership experiences rather than presentations, exhibition stands or technical sessions.
A different relationship model
CXO Retreats replaces conventional sponsorship activity with relevant introductions and shared executive experience.
Our retreat partners want to build genuine relationships with senior leaders. The executives attending want to connect with relevant organisations without sacrificing the purpose of the retreat to a commercial agenda.
We resolve that tension by creating individual introductions before the retreat begins. By the time everyone arrives, the relationships have already started. This leaves the destination programme free from sponsor presentations, technical sessions and forced meetings.
The partnership principles
Every part of the model protects the quality of the executive experience and ensures partners participate at the right level.
Each partner is represented by one person only, maintaining a balanced and intimate retreat group.
Your representative must be a genuine C-suite leader able to contribute as a peer rather than a salesperson attending to work the room.
Every executive participant has a 30-minute introductory conversation with each partner during the eight weeks before the retreat.
There are no sponsor presentations, exhibition stands, product demonstrations, technical sessions or forced commercial meetings.
The partner journey
The relationship begins before the destination and continues beyond it. Each stage is designed to create familiarity without undermining the retreat’s purpose.
We assess the relevance of your organisation, representative and proposition against the specific retreat community.
We brief your C-suite representative on the community, retreat principles, confidentiality and expectations around their participation.
Thirty-minute conversations are scheduled with each attending executive during the eight weeks before the retreat.
Your representative joins the same leadership discussions, meals, wellbeing activities and destination experiences as everyone else.
Relevant conversations can continue after the retreat, guided by the relationships and mutual interests established beforehand.
The eight-week introduction programme
Each partner receives a 30-minute introductory conversation with every participating executive before the retreat. These are genuine introductory discussions rather than product demonstrations.
The calls create context, identify shared interests and remove the awkwardness of arriving as strangers. They also ensure commercial introductions do not need to compete with the leadership and wellbeing programme while away.
During the retreat
Once at the destination, titles such as sponsor, vendor and delegate fall away. Everyone participates in the same experience and is held to the same expectations.
Share relevant leadership experience and listen openly to the perspectives of others.
Allow shared meals, discussions and experiences to develop relationships without forced networking.
Respect the private nature of the conversations and avoid attributing personal contributions outside the group.
Join the leadership, wellbeing, dining and destination programme as a complete participant.
Partnership value
CXO Retreats is designed for organisations that value the quality of senior relationships over the volume of event interactions.
Connect with a carefully selected community aligned to the focus and seniority of the retreat.
Begin every relationship through a focused 30-minute conversation rather than a brief event-floor interaction.
Build familiarity and trust through meaningful time together beyond a conventional buyer-and-seller setting.
Create a stronger foundation for relevant follow-up after the retreat where both parties see genuine value.
Partnership creates access and opportunity for meaningful relationships. It does not guarantee sales, projects or commercial outcomes.
